Test ship policy
All sales are final on reDance. If the buyer does not receive the item or the item is not as described, the buyer will have three (3) days to report the issue. This does not include issues with how the item fits or if the item is no longer required. Please reach out to the vendor for resolution, if one cannot be met please contact reDance as we want to make sure that every purchase on reDance is a positive one.
Sellers please ensure when purchasing an item look closely at the photos and ask questions of the vendor to make an informed purchase.
Vendors when creating your listing be a descriptive as possible, provide lots of pictures and measurements so the buyer can make an informed purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact the vendor immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that the vendor can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like rhinestones and custom products (such as special orders). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We currently do not do exchanges.
A notification will be sent to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
